Location Information Located in the Marketplace at Dr. Phillips, at the corner of Sand Lake Road and Dr. Phillips Boulevard, and anchored by Publix, HomeGoods, Christini's, Morton's, Chipotle, and Keke's. Our location has a total of 26 beautiful boutique style suites including 1 double suite which allows for 2 stylists to work together simultaneously. All License Agreements are month to month and can be canceled with 45 days notice. Weekly rent includes all utilities, WiFi, 24/7 access, washer/dryer, and professional liability insurance. All new License Agreements receive 2 weeks free rent that starts when you see your first client. Since we are located in unincorporated Orange County, our allowable uses include hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail professionals, microbladers, massage therapists and more!
